On 21 October 2026 the fragrantica.com home page, its menus and its footer link to no developer API, API documentation or developer portal, and a web search finds no API documentation published by Fragrantica. That is all this page says about Fragrantica; check its own site for anything newer.

The perfume data developers usually want, in one free API

What the index covers, and what it does not

The 10ML Fragrance Index has 5,400+ perfumes, 249 houses and 285 notes, curated by 10ML’s fragrance editors. It holds no community ratings, votes or reviews, and a perfume outside the index returns the closest matches instead. Larger indexes lead on breadth; the benchmark of free perfume MCP servers (20 October 2026) shows where.

It is free, with no API key, account or quota to manage, and every endpoint is read-only. Fair-use rate limiting may apply, so keep bulk jobs to a polite pace and cache what you fetch. If you show the data, credit it as the 10ML Fragrance Index with a link to the perfume API page.
