What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can remember something between pages or visits. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work the same way, and this policy covers them too.

Your bag

• tenml_medusa_cart links your browser to your bag, so its contents are still there when you come back. Lasts 30 days.
• tenml_medusa_count holds the number of items in your bag, so the bag icon can show it instantly. Lasts 30 days.
• tenml_offer_timer keeps the countdown shown in your bag the same from page to page. Lasts 24 hours.
• tenml_recently_viewed remembers the products you looked at recently so the shop can show them to you again. It is not used for tracking or advertising. Lasts 90 days.

Signing in

• _medusa_jwt keeps you signed in to your account. Lasts 7 days, or until you sign out.
• oauth_state protects sign-in with Google or Facebook against forged requests. Lasts 20 minutes.
• tenml_oauth_locale remembers your site language while you sign in with Google or Facebook. Lasts 15 minutes.

Checkout

• tenml_last_order lets the confirmation page show the order you have just placed. Lasts 24 hours.
• __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid are set by Stripe, our payment provider, on the payment step to prevent fraud. They last one year and 30 minutes respectively. See Stripe’s cookie policy.

Other storage

• tenml:geo:v1 (local storage) remembers the country code we work out from your connection, so product pages show delivery information for your country without asking again. Lasts 24 hours.

Analytics without cookies

We measure visits with PostHog in cookieless mode, and our error monitoring (Sentry) sets no cookies either. Neither stores anything on your device. How they work is explained in our privacy policy.

Your choices

Because these cookies only power features you use, the law does not require us to ask your consent for them. You can still block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you do, your bag will empty between visits and you will not be able to stay signed in.

If we ever add a cookie that needs your consent, we will ask for it before setting it.
