Terms of service
Last updated: 25 September 2026
These terms apply to every purchase from 10ML on 10ml.com. We have kept them as short and plain as the law allows. "10ML", "we" and "us" mean the business that runs this shop and sells to you. "You" means the person placing the order.
About 10ML
10ML is an independent online shop for perfume decants. We fill 3ml, 10ml and 30ml atomisers from original bottles of designer and niche fragrances, and we send them from our warehouse in the European Union to addresses across the EU.
Write to us about anything at contact@10ml.com. The invoice for your order carries our full business details, and we will send it to you whenever you ask.
Who can buy
The shop is for private customers buying for their own use, with a delivery address in an EU member state. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live. We do not sell for resale, and we may decline orders that are clearly meant for it.
What you are buying
Every 10ML product is a decant: genuine perfume, transferred by hand from the manufacturer’s original bottle into a travel atomiser that we fill, seal and label ourselves. Nothing is added and nothing is diluted.
You receive the perfume, not the manufacturer’s bottle, box or packaging. The atomiser, label and packaging are ours. Product images may show the original bottle so you can recognise the fragrance; what arrives is the decant in the size you chose.
Scent notes, descriptions and ratings are there to help you choose. How a perfume smells and how long it lasts depends on your skin, so your experience may differ from any description.
Brand names and trademarks
10ML is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any perfume house whose fragrances we decant. Their names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. We use them only to tell you truthfully which perfume is in the atomiser. More in our disclaimer.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Any delivery charge appears in your bag and at checkout before you pay, and the total on the last checkout step is exactly what you pay.
You can pay by card or with one of the digital wallets offered at checkout. Stripe processes every payment for us, so we never see or store your full card number. Your payment is authorised when you place the order and collected no later than when we dispatch it.
Mistakes happen. If a price on the site is obviously wrong, for example a typing error that lists a decant at a fraction of its normal price, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
How an order becomes a contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy the items in your bag. We confirm it by email straight away. That confirmation is our acceptance, and the contract between us exists from that moment. The contract is concluded in English.
If we cannot fulfil an order, for instance because a perfume sold out moments before you paid, we will tell you and refund everything you paid without delay.
Keep the confirmation email: together with these terms, it is your record of the contract. If you have an account, your orders are also listed there.
Delivery
We deliver to every EU member state. Dispatch times, delivery charges and free delivery are explained in our shipping policy.
The goods become yours, and the risk of loss passes to you, once they are delivered to you or to a person you have named.
Returns, refunds and cancellation
You have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. On top of that, every order carries our own 30-day money-back guarantee. Both are explained, together with the model withdrawal form, in our returns and refunds policy.
If you change your mind before your order leaves us, see our cancellation policy.
If something is wrong with your order
Everything we sell is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which lasts at least two years from delivery. If a decant arrives damaged, leaking, faulty or not as ordered, we will replace it or refund you. This is separate from, and in addition to, our money-back guarantee.
Tell us as soon as you notice, ideally with a photo, at contact@10ml.com.
Using perfume safely
- Perfume is for external use on skin, hair or clothing. Never swallow it or spray it near your eyes.
- If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, try a little on a small patch of skin first. We are happy to help you check a fragrance’s ingredients before you buy.
- Perfume is flammable. Keep atomisers away from heat, flames and direct sun, and out of reach of children.
Your account
You can check out as a guest or create an account with your email address and a password, or sign in with Google or Facebook. Keep your login to yourself. Until you tell us your account has been compromised, you are responsible for what happens in it.
You can close your account at any time by writing to contact@10ml.com. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, for abuse of our guarantee or for anything unlawful.
Using the website
Please use the site fairly. Do not try to break its security, collect its content automatically at scale, disrupt it for other people or place orders you do not intend to pay for.
The text, photography, design and code of 10ml.com belong to 10ML or to those who licensed them to us. Sharing links is always welcome. Please ask us before reusing our content.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that could not have been foreseen, or for business losses, because the shop is for personal use.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit. These terms never take away the rights you have as a consumer.
Events outside our control
If something beyond our reasonable control, such as a courier strike, severe weather or a supply failure, delays your order, we will tell you and keep the delay as short as we can. If it lasts too long for you, you can cancel and we will refund you in full.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the EU member state in which 10ML is established. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country, and you may bring a claim before the courts where you live.
If something goes wrong, write to us first at contact@10ml.com. Almost every problem is settled in one or two emails. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, and we do not generally do so. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025.
