What makes a good summer fragrance
A few qualities help a scent work in warm weather.
- Fresh top notes such as citrus, green notes, herbs and sea notes feel cooling and clean.
- A light but real base. Musk, woods, vetiver or a touch of ambroxan give a fresh fragrance something to stand on, so it lasts longer than pure citrus.

Why fresh scents fade faster
