Acqua di Parma

Acqua di Parma started in Parma, Italy, in 1916, when Baron Carlo Magnani created Colonia, one of the first colognes made in the country. That fresh, sunny style still shapes the house. Expect citrus first, bergamot, lemon and orange, with herbs such as basil and coriander, then cedar, sandalwood and a soft musk underneath. Colonia itself is the place to begin: bright citrus, green herbs and clean woods. Fico di Amalfi and Arancia di Capri carry that brightness down to the coast. Colonia Oud shows the darker side of the house, with oud and leather under the familiar freshness.
