Decants and sizes
What exactly is a decant?
A smaller amount of a perfume, taken from the original bottle and put into a travel atomiser. You get the real fragrance in a size that lets you wear it for days or weeks before you choose a full bottle.
Is it the original perfume?
Yes. Every decant is filled from an authentic, original bottle. We don’t sell copies or alternatives, and nothing is added or diluted.
Which size should I pick?
3ml is for discovering: around a week of wear. 10ml is for wearing: weeks of daily use, and it fits a pocket. 30ml is for keeping: the best value per ml once a scent is yours.
How long does a decant last?
That depends on how generous you are. At three sprays a day, 3ml lasts about three weeks, 10ml about two months and 30ml more than six months. How long the scent stays on your skin depends on the perfume itself.
Can I take a decant on a plane?
All three sizes are far below the 100ml limit for liquids in hand luggage. Rules can vary, so check with your airport or airline before you fly.
Orders and payment
How can I pay?
By Visa, Mastercard or American Express, and by Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them. Prices are in euros and already include VAT.
How do I follow my order?
We email you as soon as your order ships, with a tracking link whenever the carrier provides one. If you have an account, every order and its status is also under My account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to contact@10ml.com as soon as you can, with your order number. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to change it.

To every country in the European Union.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over €75. Below that, you’ll see every delivery option and its price at checkout, before you pay.
When will my order arrive?
Each product page shows when your order will leave us. Delivery time after that depends on your country, and checkout shows it before you pay. We email you the moment your parcel is on its way.
Returns and refunds
What if the scent isn’t for me?
That’s what the 30-day money-back guarantee is for. Tell us within 30 days of your parcel arriving and we’ll arrange a refund. Everything you need to know is in our refund policy.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Sorry about that. Write to contact@10ml.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll put it right.
