Boadicea The Victorious

Boadicea The Victorious is an independent British niche house, launched in 2008 and named after the warrior queen Boadicea. Its perfumes are warm, spiced and resinous: amber, labdanum, patchouli and oud form the core, with saffron, leather and guaiac wood adding weight. Blue Sapphire is the place to start, aromatic herbs over oud. Valiant is brighter, citrus and white flowers on wood, and Bodacious turns sweet with cherry and warm spice. Christian Provenzano is the perfumer credited on the range here. Most of the line is unisex, and a few lean masculine.
