Bvlgari

Bvlgari was founded in Rome in 1884 by Sotirio Bulgari, a Greek silversmith, and made its name in high jewellery long before it made perfume. Its scents tend to be cool and polished rather than sugary: cedar, sandalwood and vetiver, lit by bergamot, grapefruit or ginger, with musk and ambergris for a smooth finish. Omnia Crystalline is the gentle start, a sheer woody floral with musk. Bvlgari Man In Black is darker, warm spice over leather and woods, and Bvlgari Man Wood Essence is the fresh, citrus-and-wood one. The Le Gemme collection goes deeper into amber and flowers.
