Calvin Klein started out in the United States in 1968, and its perfumes have a clean, pared-back attitude to match. The range here splits into two pairs. Euphoria is the darker of the women's scents, with pomegranate and persimmon over black orchid, amber and soft woods. My Euphoria, from 2023, takes that idea somewhere fruitier and lighter. On the men's side, Defy opens bright with bergamot and lavender, a crisp aromatic start. Defy Parfum keeps the lavender and warms it up with cacao and spice.
