Montale

Montale was founded in France in 2003 by Pierre Montale, who built the house around oud paired with rose and bottled it in his trademark aluminium flacons. Oud is still part of the story, but the range here runs mostly sweet and warm: amber, vanilla and musk, with coffee, caramel and tonka bean for richness and saffron for heat. Intense Cafe is the first one to know, rose and coffee over vanilla. Chocolate Greedy is a spiced cacao treat, and Arabians Tonka is a dense, sugary amber. Black Aoud goes back to the roots with rose, oud and patchouli.
