New Notes is a young Italian niche house, with perfumes from 2022 onwards, and it has real fun with sweet, dessert-like ideas. Names such as Latte di Cherry and Caramelo Vanilla set the mood: sugary, creamy and playful, resting on musk, sandalwood and tonka bean. Start with Caramelo Vanilla, caramel and vanilla with no apology. Latte di Cherry is sweet and fruity with cherry at its centre, and Cocktail Maracuja is fruity with a soft musky finish.
