Tiziana Terenzi

Tiziana Terenzi is an Italian niche house with roots going back to 1968, and several of its perfumes carry the names of constellations. Expect soft, powdery sweetness, with amber and musk at the base, sandalwood and cedar for structure, and fruit such as peach and passionfruit laid on top. Kirke is the obvious place to begin: fruity, sweet and musky. Cassiopea gives the fruit an aromatic, herbal twist, while Andromeda is woodier and wrapped in vanilla. Spirito Fiorentino shows a darker side, leather and wood with an animal edge. Trying two or three side by side is the easiest way in.
