How credit works
Every paid €29.90 becomes €29.90 of credit in your 10ML account. The €1.95 for the first 30 days does not.
You can use it on any order: apply it in your bag at checkout.
Credit never expires while 10ML Blue is active. If you cancel, you can use it until your last paid period ends. After that, unused credit lapses.
Skip, pause or cancel
Skip a month or pause for 1 to 3 months in your account. Nothing is charged for a skipped or paused month, and regular prices apply that month.
Cancel online at any time, in your account or without signing in. It takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
How to add it
You never need 10ML Blue to buy from 10ML. It is offered in your bag before checkout, where you can switch it off, and the bag shows what you pay today with and without it.
Questions
Do I have to join anything to buy from 10ML?
No. 10ML Blue is an optional lower price that you can switch off in your bag. If you choose it, it renews every month until you cancel it online.
Does 10ML Blue renew automatically?
Yes. After the first 30 days it renews every month at €29.90 until you cancel. Each payment comes back to you as €29.90 of credit.
What if I forget to cancel?
We email you 7 days before your first €29.90 payment, with a link to cancel online.
Are there any other charges?
No. You pay €1.95 today, then €29.90 a month. Your bag shows today’s total before you pay.
I do not buy perfume every month. Is it for me?
You can skip a month or pause for up to 3 months, and nothing is charged meanwhile. If you buy perfume less often than every two or three months, regular prices may suit you better.
Does my credit expire?
Not while 10ML Blue is active. After you cancel, you can use it until your last paid period ends; then it lapses.
Is the regular price real?
Yes. The regular price is what everyone pays without 10ML Blue, and it is always shown next to the Blue price.
Can I still return an order?
Yes. Orders at Blue prices have the same 30-day money-back guarantee and the same 14-day right of withdrawal as any other order.
What happens when I cancel?
Blue prices apply until your paid period ends; after that you pay regular prices, and any credit you have not used lapses. You can add 10ML Blue again whenever you like.
What will my card statement say?
