Questions partners ask
Who can join?
Anyone with an audience that loves perfume: creators, bloggers, stylists, newsletter writers or simply friends with good taste. There is no follower minimum.
Does it cost anything?
No. Joining is free, there are no targets and you are approved straight away.
What is the commission based on?
On the products your customer pays for: item totals after discounts, excluding VAT, shipping, fees, store credit and gift cards.
How long does my link count?
For 60 days after the click. If the customer later clicks another partner’s link, the latest click counts. A partner code typed at checkout always counts for that partner.
When do I get paid?
Each commission is approved 30 days after the order. Every two weeks we pay your approved balance by SEPA transfer or PayPal, once it reaches €20.
How do recurring commissions work?
For 12 months after a customer’s first order, you earn 10% of what they spend at 10ML, including later orders and their membership. Gold partners keep earning it for as long as they stay Gold.
What happens when a customer returns an order?
A full refund cancels the commission and a partial refund reduces it in proportion. If the commission was already paid out, the difference comes off your next payout.
Can I use my own link or code?
Your own orders do not earn commission. The programme rewards the new customers you bring to 10ML.
What do my followers get?
Up to 15% off their first order at 10ML when they shop through your link or code.
Do I need a company?
No. Individuals and businesses can both join. If you have a VAT ID, add it with your payout details in your dashboard.
