Gift card questions

How does the gift card arrive?

By email, as soon as your order is paid. It goes to the address you choose, with your name, your message and a link to a printable version for handing it over in person. Nothing gets lost in the post, so it works for last-minute gifts too.

How do they use it?

They fill their bag on 10ml.com and email the gift card code to contact@10ml.com. Our team applies the card to their bag, and if the perfumes cost more than the card, they pay the difference at checkout.

What can the gift card pay for?

Perfumes on 10ml.com. It doesn't cover delivery and can't buy another gift card. If the order costs less than the card, the rest stays on the same code for next time. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the day it is sent.

Can I buy it together with perfumes?

Yes. Gift cards and perfumes can share one bag: the card is emailed as soon as you pay, and the perfumes are delivered as usual. One bag holds up to 3 gift cards, each with its own name, email and message.

Can I return a gift card?
