Why perfume works as a staff gift
A 10ml is the original perfume in a pocket size: weeks of wear, easy to hand out, and it fits a fixed budget per person. That makes it a good choice for staff Christmas gifts, corporate gifts for employees and employee appreciation gifts all year.
Perfume feels personal in a way a hamper or a mug does not, and a small size keeps it easy: nobody ends up with a big bottle they did not choose.

Tax on staff Christmas gifts
The rules differ by country, and they turn on the value per person. In Germany, gifts in kind to an employee are tax-free only while all of them together do not exceed €50 in a calendar month; above that, the whole amount is taxable. The separate €60 allowance is for a personal occasion such as a birthday, not for Christmas.
In France, a Christmas gift is free of income tax and social contributions up to 5% of the monthly social security ceiling, which is €4,005 in 2026: €200.25 per employee, and the same again for each child. In Italy, benefits in kind are tax-free up to €1,000 a year per employee, or €2,000 for an employee with dependent children, for the tax years 2025–2027.
In all three countries, going over the limit makes the whole gift taxable, not just the part above it. Every set marked under €50 stays below the German monthly limit when it is the employee’s only benefit in kind that month.

Gift cards for a team
If you would rather let people choose, give each person a gift card worth €25 or €50. We send you the codes as a list and you hand them out. Each person fills their bag on 10ml.com and emails their code to contact@10ml.com. We apply the card to their bag, and if the perfumes cost more than the card, they pay the difference at checkout.
