How our decants work

We start with an original, full-size bottle of the perfume. It goes by hand into a clean travel atomiser, with nothing added and nothing diluted, and the atomiser is sealed and labelled with the perfume and the size.

What arrives is the decant, not the brand’s bottle or box. It is the same perfume, so it opens, settles and lasts on your skin just as the full bottle would. About our decants has the details.

Spray counts are estimates. How long a scent lasts on skin depends on the perfume, not on the bottle it came in.

The bigger the decant, the less each ml costs. Today the median price per ml is €4.17 for a 3ml, €3.32 for a 10ml and €2.43 for a 30ml. The perfume price per ml index has the full tables.
