Supply Chain & Inventory Manager (Fragrance)

10ML buys from authorized EU distributors and directly from the brands, and decants every perfume itself. You make sure the right perfumes are in stock at the right time, so 10ML perfume decants and samples ship fast while cash stays working.

What you will do

• Own purchasing and replenishment for a large catalogue of designer and niche perfumes
• Build and maintain relationships with authorized EU distributors and fragrance brands
• Forecast demand with the data team and plan stock for launches, seasons and campaigns
• Manage decant bottles, packaging and consumables suppliers
• Track stock accuracy, shrinkage, lead times and inventory turns
• Improve the flow from goods-in to decanting to dispatch with the fulfilment team

What you bring

• 5+ years in purchasing, supply chain or inventory management, ideally in beauty, fragrance or consumer goods
• Strong negotiation skills and an existing network of distributors is a plus
• Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with an ERP, WMS or inventory system
• Fluent English and German; another EU language is a plus
• Hybrid work from Dortmund
