About our decants: original perfume, filled by hand

How a decant is filled
Every 10ML decant starts with an original, full-size bottle of the perfume. The perfume is transferred by hand into a clean travel atomiser that we fill, seal and label ourselves.
Nothing is added and nothing is diluted. We do not sell copies, alternatives or remixes: the name on the label is the perfume in the atomiser.
What arrives
You receive the perfume, not the manufacturer’s bottle, box or packaging. The atomiser, the label and the packaging are ours, and the label names the perfume and the size.
Product photos may show the original bottle so you can recognise the fragrance. What arrives is the decant in the size you chose: 3ml, 10ml or 30ml.
Delivery
- We ship from our warehouse in the European Union to all 27 EU countries.
- Orders ship on the next working day, Monday to Friday, and the same day when placed on a Friday before 11:00 Eastern European Time.
- We email you when we confirm your order, when it ships (with the courier’s name and a tracking link) and when it is delivered.
- Standard delivery is free on orders of €75 or more. Below that, checkout shows every option and its price before you pay.
- Prices are in euros and include VAT.

Your money back
Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers decants you have opened and worn. Tell us by email within 30 days of delivery, name the perfumes and add your order number, and we refund what you paid for them. You do not need to send anything back unless we ask, and if we do, we pay for the return.
Separately, you have the legal 14-day right of withdrawal, and if a decant arrives damaged, leaking or not as ordered, we replace it or refund you. The returns and refunds policy has the full terms.
Independent, and clear about it
10ML is an independent shop. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any perfume house whose fragrances we sell. Brand names appear only so you know exactly which perfume is in the atomiser.
