How we source and decant every perfume

Quick answer

10ML sells Khamrah and its three flankers, so these five Khamrah alternatives come from other houses. Best overall is Sharaf Blend by Zimaya, closest on the dry-down is Riqqa by Ard Al Zaafaran, and lowest price is Revival by Afnan. Want the real thing? Khamrah is €15.90 for a 10ml decant at 10ML.

You can try the original, Khamrah, at 10ML as a 10 ml decant from €15.90, before you choose a dupe.

Khamrah by Lattafa next to a 10ML decant, with cinnamon, tuberose and vanilla, its key notes

What does Khamrah smell like?

Bottle of Khamrah by Lattafa
The originalKhamrahLattafa

Khamrah is a unisex Eau de Parfum from Lattafa that arrived in 2022. Its top is cinnamon, nutmeg and bergamot, and the middle holds dates, praline, tuberose and mahonial. Underneath it lists vanilla, tonka bean, amberwood, myrrh, benzoin and akigalawood. Its accords run sweet, warm spicy, vanilla, amber and cinnamon, with woody, fresh spicy and fruity notes behind them.

That gives an alternative plenty to hold onto: a spiced opening, a date and praline heart and a vanilla base. Parfumo's comparison pages, quoted below, measure each pick against this perfume.

The Khamrah versions we stock

Lattafa has built three more perfumes on the name, and 10ML stocks all of them. They are versions of Khamrah, so they sit outside the ranking.

  • Qahwa, from 2023, opens with cinnamon, cardamom and ginger, moves through praline, candied fruits and white flowers, and ends on vanilla, coffee, tonka bean, benzoin and musk.
  • Dukhan, from 2025, is a men's perfume. It lists spices, pimento and mandarin, then incense, labdanum, orange blossom and patchouli, then praline, tobacco, amber, tonka bean and benzoin.
  • Waha, from 2026, goes fresh: bergamot, yuzu, ginger and juniper on top, cucumber, sea salt, sage and iris in the heart, and vanilla, tonka bean, musk, ambrofix and akigalawood at the base.

Wear Khamrah first

Before you look at another house, try the perfume you are measuring everything against. A 3ml decant of Khamrah is €6.90, about €2.30/ml, and holds about 60 sprays. The 10ml decant is €15.90, about €1.59/ml, and holds about 200 sprays.

If you already know the original and want something else, the five picks below are ranked by Parfumo vote lines and by their own listed notes.

Best overall: Sharaf Blend

Zimaya

Bottle price
€26.55 · 100 ml
Basis of comparison
Named source

Sharaf Blend by Zimaya leads because more voters back it than any other pick here. It shares nutmeg, praline, tuberose, tonka bean, amberwood and benzoin with the original, and it lists a date note on top, where the original has one in the heart.

The main difference is what Sharaf Blend swaps. It lists saffron and musk, which the original does not, and it does not list cinnamon, bergamot or myrrh. Vanilla sits in its heart rather than its base.

It suits you if you want the biggest vote base and a gourmand list that keeps the praline and tonka core. Choose it when saffron and musk sound better to you than cinnamon and myrrh.

Our basis is the source vote: Parfumo's comparison page shows 390 of 419 users finding Khamrah and Sharaf Blend similar. Parfumo dates Sharaf Blend to 2023.

Closest on the dry-down: Riqqa

Ard Al Zaafaran

Bottle price
€24.00 · 100 ml
Basis of comparison
Named source

Riqqa by Ard Al Zaafaran has the nearest note list of the five. It shares bergamot, cinnamon, nutmeg, date, praline, tuberose, myrrh, benzoin, amberwood, akigalawood, vanilla and tonka bean with the original, which covers the opening, the heart and almost the whole base.

The main difference is small and documented. Riqqa lists lily of the valley in the heart and amber in the base, and it does not list mahonial.

It suits you if you want the pick whose published list reads most like the original's. Choose it when you want to stay on the same spiced, sweet track and change as little as possible.

The role rests on the vote line and the lists, not on a wear report: Parfumo's comparison page shows 30 of 34 users finding Khamrah and Riqqa similar. Parfumo shows no release year for Riqqa.

Lowest price: Revival

Afnan

Bottle price
€20.39 · 100 ml
Basis of comparison
Named source

Revival by Afnan costs least per ml of the five, according to the dated table. It shares cinnamon, praline, tonka bean and a date note with the original.

The main difference is how much it adds. Revival opens with frankincense, honey and saffron beside the cinnamon. Oak joins the heart, and the base lists caramel, dark chocolate and sandalwood. Nutmeg, bergamot, tuberose, vanilla, myrrh and benzoin are absent from its list.

It suits you if price per ml decides it and honey, chocolate and caramel on the list appeal. Choose it when you are happy to trade the original's vanilla and myrrh base for those.

Parfumo's comparison page shows 28 of 30 users finding Khamrah and Revival similar. Parfumo dates Revival to 2023.

Darker take: Sweet Heaven Extreme

Gulf Orchid

Bottle price
€29.99 · 100 ml
Basis of comparison
Named source

Sweet Heaven Extreme by Gulf Orchid is the pick where the vote line and the note list point in different directions. Parfumo's comparison shows 57 of 59 voters calling it similar, yet its list shares only bergamot and tonka bean with the original.

The main difference is the list itself. It opens with coffee, bergamot and lavender, puts tonka bean and geranium in the heart, and ends on liquor, musk and sandalwood. It does not list cinnamon, date or praline.

The darker label rests only on the coffee and liquor in that list, not on a claim about how it smells. It suits you if you read those two notes as a darker, more bitter-sweet route away from the original. Choose it when you want the voters' verdict but a different note story.

Parfumo's comparison page shows 57 of 59 users finding Khamrah and Sweet Heaven Extreme similar. Parfumo dates it to 2024.

Premium alternative: Dates Delight

The House of Oud

Bottle price
€200.19 · 75 ml
Basis of comparison
Named source

Dates Delight by The House of Oud is the oldest dated pick here and the most expensive bottle in the table. It shares a date note, cinnamon, tonka bean and benzoin with the original.

The main difference is its sweetness and its oud. It opens with date and peony, lists caramel, cinnamon, tonka bean and coumarin in the heart, and ends on honey, labdanum, sugar powder, benzoin and Indonesian oud. Its list has no nutmeg, bergamot, praline, vanilla or myrrh.

It suits you if you want a niche-priced bottle built around dates, caramel and honey. Choose it when you want to spend more and the oud base appeals.

The vote is the weakest of the five: Parfumo's comparison page shows 72 of 218 users finding Khamrah and Dates Delight similar. Parfumo dates it to 2016, six years before the original. Treat it as a pick for the notes, not for the crowd.

What the votes cannot tell you

Every pick drifts in its own direction. Sharaf Blend adds saffron and musk. Riqqa adds lily of the valley and amber. Revival adds honey, chocolate and caramel. Sweet Heaven Extreme swaps the spice for coffee and liquor. Dates Delight adds oud and sugar powder.

A Parfumo vote counts how many people see a link between two perfumes; it says nothing about your own skin. The cinnamon may sit differently against the vanilla on you. Read each difference above as a reason to wear the original first, then the pick.

Bottle or decant: the per ml sum

The table shows the bottle prices, dated, for 100ml bottles apart from Dates Delight, which is 75ml. Compare per ml, not per bottle. Per ml, each of the four 100ml bottles comes out far below the 10ml decant of the original, which is €1.59/ml. A bottle only makes sense once you know the perfume is yours.

A decant costs less up front: its 3ml decant is €6.90, below any bottle in the table. The perfume price per ml index shows how size moves the sum. For the choice itself, read the decant vs full bottle guide. Never tried a decant? What a perfume decant is and how decants are made explain the format.

Similar originals 10ML sells

Three originals we stock share ground with the original. They stand outside the ranking above.

  • Angels' Share by By Kilian launched in 2020. It lists cognac, cinnamon, tonka bean, oak, vanilla, praline and sandalwood among its notes. On Parfumo's comparison page, 511 of 1128 users find it similar to the original, a large sample.
  • XJ 1861 Naxos by Xerjoff is built on lavender, honey and cinnamon, with bergamot, lemon and jasmine sambac around them, and tobacco leaf, vanilla and tonka bean below.
  • Ambre Latte by Essential Parfums is built on almond milk, caramel, tonka bean and vanilla, with sandalwood, white musk, benzoin and amberwood underneath.

If cinnamon or vanilla is what draws you, the cinnamon and vanilla note pages list more perfumes built around them. For a wider sweep of the style, see our gourmand perfume guide and the guide to which Lattafa to try first.

How to test an alternative

Wear it on your wrist rather than sniffing a card. Paper gives the first cinnamon and nutmeg impression, and nothing of how the date and praline heart develops on you.

Put the original on one wrist on one day and a pick on the same spot on another, with the same number of sprays. Look at the opening first, then the heart, and last the base once the perfume has settled.

Write down what you notice. Did Revival's honey or Sweet Heaven Extreme's coffee take over? Did Dates Delight's oud change the mood you expected from a sweet perfume? Take a 3ml or 10ml decant of the original as your reference, repeat the comparison on a few days, then decide whether a bottle of anything deserves shelf space.

Clone or original? What to know first

Can I wear Khamrah in 3ml before choosing another perfume?
Yes. A 3ml decant costs €6.90 and gives about 60 sprays, while a 10ml decant costs €15.90 and gives about 200. Wear it on several days first, so you know what you want an alternative to keep.
Which Khamrah alternative leads the ranking, and why?
Sharaf Blend by Zimaya leads. 390 of 419 voters on Parfumo's comparison page find it similar, the largest vote base of the five. Its list shares nutmeg, praline, tuberose, tonka bean, amberwood and benzoin with the original, and adds saffron and musk.
How close does Riqqa get to Khamrah on paper?
Riqqa has the nearest published note list of the five: bergamot, cinnamon, nutmeg, date, praline, tuberose, myrrh, benzoin, akigalawood, vanilla and tonka bean all appear on both. It adds lily of the valley and amber. On the comparison page, 30 of 34 voters see the two as similar.
Are the Khamrah versions alternatives to Khamrah?
No. Qahwa, Dukhan and Waha are versions from Lattafa itself, each built on the same name with its own notes. Qahwa leans on coffee, Dukhan on tobacco and incense, and Waha on yuzu and sea salt. A 3ml decant of each lets you compare them with the original.
How does a Khamrah decant compare per ml with the bottles in the table?
Per ml, each 100ml bottle in the table costs far less than the 10ml decant, which works out at €1.59/ml. The decant wins as a first step: a 3ml is €6.90, below any bottle in the table, so you can check the original before you buy a bottle of anything.
Is Sharaf Blend a dupe, or just a perfume similar to Khamrah?
Voters on Parfumo's comparison page put it at 390 of 419, so people do see a connection. The lists share nutmeg, praline, tuberose and tonka bean, but Sharaf Blend adds saffron and musk and drops cinnamon, bergamot and myrrh. Wear the original in 3ml first and judge the difference yourself.
Which similar originals does 10ML stock beside Khamrah?
Angels' Share by By Kilian, XJ 1861 Naxos by Xerjoff and Ambre Latte by Essential Parfums. 511 of 1128 voters connect Angels' Share to the original on its comparison page. All three come in 3ml and 10ml decants.
How long does Khamrah last on my skin?
Wear depends on your skin and the weather, so there is no single figure to promise. Try a 3ml decant on different days and note how the cinnamon and vanilla settle on you.
Does 10ML sell dupes?
No. 10ML sells only original perfumes. We buy our bottles from authorized EU distributors and directly from the brands, and 10ML decants every perfume itself. The dupes in this guide are other houses’ perfumes, and we don’t sell them. You can wear the original first from €6.90.
