What does Soleil Blanc smell like?
Soleil Blanc came out in 2016, and the catalogue lists it for women. Its opening pairs pistachio and bergamot with cardamom and pink pepper, a nutty, lightly spiced start. The heart is a white-flower trio of tuberose, ylang-ylang and jasmine. Under it, coconut meets amber, tonka bean and benzoin.
The accords put white floral first, then coconut, sweet and tuberose. On a clone's list, look for three things: the pistachio and cardamom at the top and the coconut beneath. Not every pick below names all three.
10ML stocks it in three forms, and the differences matter when you shop for an alternative.
| Version | Launched | What sets it apart on the note list |
|---|---|---|
| Soleil Blanc | 2016 | Pistachio and pink pepper on top, coconut in the base |
| Eau de Soleil Blanc | 2018 | Adds neroli, galbanum and orange blossom; no coconut listed |
| Soleil Blanc Parfum | 2026 | Coconut moves to the top; vanilla and pistachio sit in the base |

Best overall: Golden Daze
Golden Daze by House of Thêom earns the lead on the strength of its backing. On Parfumo's comparison page for the pair, all but a handful of voting members rate the pair similar, and no other alternative there has drawn as many votes.
Its Fragrantica listing shares the cardamom, bergamot, jasmine, coconut, ylang-ylang, tuberose and tonka of the original. The main difference is what surrounds them. Lemon joins the top, and the base adds solar notes, musk and vanilla, while pistachio, pink pepper and benzoin are missing from the list. The single write-up on that page calls it sunscreen-like but elegant.
It suits someone who wants the coconut and white-flower idea in a large bottle and is happy with a sunnier, more lemony frame around it. Basis: a named source, Parfumo's comparison vote, with the note list from Fragrantica.

Closest on the dry-down: Powdery Coconut
Powdery Coconut by Dossier has two independent voices behind it, both small. On Parfumo's comparison page, 9 of 11 voting members call the pair similar. On Fragrantica's page for Soleil Blanc, a member who wore the original calls Powdery Coconut almost an exact dupe and says it is the one they will buy. Neither source singles out the dry-down, so read the label as overall closeness.
The house is open about the link: Dossier says it is inspired by Soleil Blanc, opening on cardamom and pistachio before white flowers led by ylang-ylang. The main difference comes from one verified buyer quoted on that page, who finds it a little softer than the original.
It suits someone who wants the pistachio and cardamom opening and accepts one buyer's view that it is a little softer. Basis: a named source, Parfumo's vote, a Fragrantica member and the house's page.

Fresher take: Surfing Puerto Escondido
Surfing Puerto Escondido by Zara has independent backing. On Parfumo's comparison page, close to three in four voting members find it similar to Soleil Blanc.
The main difference is the coconut, or the lack of it. Members writing on Fragrantica liken it to Eau de Soleil Blanc without the coconut, and describe it as more floral and airy than creamy. One member who hoped for Eau de Soleil Blanc found it fresher and more transparent even than that.
It suits someone who likes the white flowers but finds the coconut of Soleil Blanc too rich. Zara changes its range often, and on the check date no EU listing showed a price, hence the open cell in the table. Basis: a named source, Parfumo's vote and members' notes on Fragrantica.

Premium alternative: Soleil White
Soleil White by Scentiments has the highest price per ml of the priced clones in the table, and Scentiments sells it as an extrait de parfum. Its backing is independent: on Parfumo's comparison page, roughly four out of every five people voting judge it similar to Soleil Blanc.
The same page gives its notes: bergamot on top, tuberose, ylang-ylang and jasmine in the heart, then coco de mer, tonka bean and benzoin. The main difference on paper is the opening. Bergamot stands alone there, with no pistachio, cardamom or pink pepper, and the base lists coco de mer where the original lists coconut, with no amber.
Extrait fans who can do without the pistachio and spice at the top are its natural buyers. Basis: a named source, Parfumo's comparison vote and note list.

Sweeter take: Ibiza
Ibiza by FIORE comes with the house's own framing: FIORE markets it as its fragrance twin of Soleil Blanc. That is a seller's description, not a finding from anyone else.
Its list is built on tiare flower, coconut and pistachio, over bergamot, cardamom, ylang-ylang, jasmine, tonka and amber. The main difference is the white flower at the centre: tiare takes the place of tuberose, which the list leaves out, along with the benzoin and pink pepper. FIORE marks it four out of five on its own sweetness scale, which is where the "sweeter" label comes from.
It suits someone who wants coconut and pistachio at the centre of the list and would trade the tuberose for tiare flower. Basis: a named source, FIORE's product page.
Why this pick?Sources: 1
Basis: Named source
- FIORE calls Ibiza its fragrance twin of Tom Ford's Soleil Blanc, built on tiare flower, coconut and pistachio over bergamot, cardamom, ylang-ylang, jasmine, tonka and amber, and rates it four out of five for sweetness. Ibiza (FIORE)
Softer take: Solar Blanc
Solar Blanc by Milestone Perfumes matches the original on paper. Its Fragrantica listing gives pistachio, cardamom, bergamot and pink pepper, then tuberose, ylang-ylang and jasmine, then coconut, tonka bean, benzoin and amber: all eleven of Soleil Blanc's listed notes. The same page puts Soleil Blanc first among the perfumes its fans also like.
The main difference members describe is volume. One, who counts it among their favourite Tom Ford dupes, finds a slightly sweet, soft coconut with almost no sillage. Another, who has not smelled the original, calls it not too loud, a very toned-down perfume, and a third wishes it projected more. Opinion is not unanimous: a fourth member finds it artificial.
It suits someone who wants the full Soleil Blanc note list in a scent that keeps to itself. Its price cell stays empty: no EU listing turned up. Basis: a named source, Fragrantica's listing and members' write-ups.

Who stands behind each pick
Five of the six picks have evidence from outside the clone house. Golden Daze, Powdery Coconut, Surfing Puerto Escondido and Soleil White each have a Parfumo comparison vote, and Solar Blanc has members' write-ups on Fragrantica. Golden Daze has the broadest vote and Powdery Coconut the smallest.
Ibiza is the exception: its only backing is FIORE's own page, and a house describing its own product is not independent evidence. If you weigh evidence the way we do, start with the voted picks. For two more Tom Ford perfumes and their clones, see our Lost Cherry and Black Orchid guides.
Clone bottle or a 3ml of the original?
Measured per ml, a decant of the original costs far more than any priced clone in the table. Soleil Blanc costs €7.67/ml in the 10ml size (€76.68) and drops to €7.02/ml in the 30ml (€210.69). Someone who wears coconut florals daily, and already knows the style suits them, gets far more to spray from a clone bottle.
If you only reach for Soleil Blanc now and then, the sum looks different. A 3ml, around 60 sprays, is €25.29, and it shows you what the clones are chasing before you choose one. The lighter Eau de Soleil Blanc is €14.58 for 3ml, and the Parfum is €18.00, so you can put all three versions on skin in the same fortnight. The figures for the whole catalogue are in our price per ml index.
Authentic perfumes with the same coconut and flowers
Among originals, three from other houses overlap heavily with the Soleil Blanc note list. Tamarindo by Memo Paris shares the most notes of the three: bergamot and cardamom on top, coconut, tuberose, jasmine and ylang-ylang in the heart, and benzoin in the base, with pineapple, peach and patchouli for a fruitier turn. Lady Million Fabulous by Rabanne shares pink pepper, tuberose, jasmine, ylang-ylang and tonka bean, adds solar notes and moss, and has no coconut on its list. Coco Vanille by Mancera keeps coconut, ylang-ylang and jasmine, then turns to white peach, tiare flower and vanilla. All three come as decants, and our guide to coconut perfumes covers more of the family.
How to test a dupe
A Soleil Blanc alternative can open well and drift later, so judge it on skin, never on a card. Put the original on one wrist and the clone on the other only if you want a first look; for a real verdict, give each its own day. Check the pistachio and cardamom in the opening, the white flowers once it has settled, and the coconut and amber in the evening.
A 3ml of Soleil Blanc covers that comparison week. If the original wins, the 10ml decant (around 200 sprays) carries on from there. If decants are new to you, our pages on how a decant works and skipping the blind buy explain the idea.
Clone or original? What to know first
- Can I try Tom Ford Soleil Blanc in a 3ml before I pick a dupe?
- Yes: 10ML decants Soleil Blanc straight from the original bottle in three sizes, 3ml, 10ml and 30ml. At €25.29, the smallest carries around 60 sprays: several days of wear alongside whichever clone tempts you.
- Why does Golden Daze head this list of Soleil Blanc dupes?
- Because its outside backing is the broadest: nearly every Parfumo voter on that comparison calls the pair similar. Its Fragrantica note list shares the coconut, tuberose, jasmine and ylang-ylang, and adds lemon, solar notes and musk.
- Is Powdery Coconut really close to Soleil Blanc?
- The independent evidence is small but points that way: 9 of 11 people voting on Parfumo's comparison see a likeness, and one Fragrantica member who wore the original calls it almost an exact dupe. A buyer quoted on Dossier's own page finds it a little softer.
- Which version of Soleil Blanc is Surfing Puerto Escondido compared with?
- Members on Fragrantica liken it to Eau de Soleil Blanc, the lighter version, without the coconut. If that is the one you love, try a 3ml of Eau de Soleil Blanc (€14.58) before you buy the Zara bottle.
- Per ml, how far apart are the clones and a Soleil Blanc decant?
- A long way: each clone with a price costs a fraction of the original per ml. Soleil Blanc comes to €7.67/ml as a 10ml decant (€76.68), and the dated table on this page sets the clone bottles beside it.
- Which clones keep the pistachio and cardamom of Soleil Blanc?
- Powdery Coconut, Ibiza and Solar Blanc all list both. Golden Daze lists cardamom but no pistachio, and Soleil White lists neither.
- How long will Soleil Blanc stay on my skin?
- Skin and weather decide that, so any figure we gave would be a guess for you. Wear a 3ml through a week and your own skin gives the answer.
