Xerjoff Dupes 2026: The Leading Clones for 3 Perfumes

Three Xerjoff perfumes, the clones that lead each of our single-perfume guides and what backs them, plus why a 3ml decant of the original is the fairest first test.

In this guide

We sell only the originals. Every perfume we sell is the authentic original, decanted from the perfume house’s own bottle. We buy our bottles from authorized EU distributors and directly from the brands, and 10ML decants every perfume itself. We never sell dupes, clones or inspired-by perfumes. The dupes in this guide are made and sold by other houses; we compare them so you can choose, or wear the original first.

How we source and decant every perfume

Perfume by perfume, the Xerjoff dupes that lead our guides are Italia by Rayhaan for XJ 1861 Naxos, WO/01 Somewoody by Zara for Alexandria II and Philos Pura by Maison Alhambra for Erba Pura. Each pick comes from a full 10ML comparison guide that names its sources and keeps the dissent. You can also wear any of the three originals first, as a 3ml decant, and only then decide on a clone.

Three Xerjoff perfumes, XJ 1861 Naxos, Alexandria II and Erba Pura, with a 10ML decant and its closed box

The three are grouped by character: sweet and warm, then dark woods and amber, then fresh fruit. Each entry gives the original's notes, its 3ml price and the guide's strongest picks, with the evidence behind each one. Rankings, dated clone prices and source links stay in each guide. Sweet and warm

One perfume here, built on honey, tobacco and vanilla under a lavender and citrus opening.

XJ 1861 Naxos by Xerjoff

XJ 1861 Naxos dates from 2015. It opens on lavender, bergamot and lemon, moves to a heart of honey, cinnamon, cashmeran and jasmine sambac, and rests on tobacco leaf, vanilla and tonka bean. A 3ml of the original is €11.43.

Italia by Rayhaan leads that ranking. Fragrantica lists almost the whole Naxos pyramid for it, from lavender, lemon and bergamot down to tobacco leaf, vanilla and tonka. A top Parfumo write-up finds the Naxos character clearly there, though the tobacco is hard to pick out and the finish turns sweeter and more powdery; Parfumo also lists Naxos first among its similar perfumes. Ramad by Arabiyat Prestige holds the closest-on-the-dry-down slot: members who own both describe very similar profiles once it dries down, and Ramad lists no honey. A Parfumo statement finds it close but less sweet, led more by tobacco and lavender. Fierte Luna by French Avenue is the fresher take. One Parfumo member calls it a younger, fresher Naxos with lighter tobacco, while a longer write-up finds it fresher but with less honey and very little tobacco. All six picks are compared in XJ 1861 Naxos: the original vs 6 alternatives.

Dark woods and amber

One perfume here, with a long list of woods, spice and resin behind a lavender opening.

Alexandria II by Xerjoff

Alexandria II was launched in 2012. Rosewood, lavender, cinnamon and apple come first, rose, cedar and lily-of-the-valley follow, and the base is agarwood (oud), sandalwood, amber, vanilla and musk. A 3ml costs €22.50.

WO/01 Somewoody by Zara heads that guide. On Parfumo's comparison page most voting members rate it similar to Alexandria II, and lavender, cinnamon, cedarwood, musk, amber, vanilla and oud are listed for both. One Parfumo member who owns a decant of Alexandria II calls the character very close but less deep and intense, with a synthetic edge; a second finds it softer and less spicy. Forza by MAD Parfumeur is the closest-on-the-dry-down pick, on one member's word and one vote: a Fragrantica forum member suggests it as the closest option, most voting members on its Parfumo comparison page rate it similar, and the house lists the same outline as Alexandria II's. Shouq by Jazeel takes the softer slot. A forum member finds it resembles Alexandria II closely and is easier to wear every day, and most voting members on its Parfumo comparison page rate the two similar. The six picks are in Alexandria II: the original vs 6 alternatives.

Fresh and fruity

One perfume here, built on Sicilian citrus and fruit over musk and vanilla.

Erba Pura by Xerjoff

Erba Pura is the newest perfume on this page, from 2019. It opens on Sicilian orange, Calabrian bergamot and Sicilian lemon, has a heart of fruits, and rests on white musk, Madagascar vanilla and amber. A 3ml costs €11.07.

Philos Pura by Maison Alhambra leads that guide. On Parfumo's comparison page most voting members rate it similar to Erba Pura, and both pyramids list bergamot, orange, lemon, fruit, white musk, amber and vanilla. Parfumo's smells-similar block for Pura lists Erba Pura first. Pure Nectar by The Dua Brand is the closest-on-the-dry-down pick. The house names Erba Pura as its inspiration, and one Parfumo member calls it Erba Pura as an extrait, a fruit bomb like the original and the best performer of the four Erba Pura inspired-bys they tried. Amber Oud Gold Edition by Al Haramain is the premium alternative: a large majority of voting members on Parfumo's comparison page rate it similar, and a Basenotes member says it covers most of the same ground as Erba Pura for much less money. See Erba Pura: the original vs 6 alternatives for all six.

Trying the original first

Wear the perfume you are comparing against before you judge a clone. Each guide above names one pick that leads its ranking, but the member write-ups quoted here disagree about how close each one gets, and a pick that suits another wearer can still miss on your skin. A decant settles the question for a fraction of the price of a full bottle. Unsure which original to start with? Let the notes decide: honey and tobacco point to Naxos, oud and spice to Alexandria II, citrus and fruit to Erba Pura.

Start with a 3ml decant of the original, around 60 sprays, enough to wear on several different days. If you keep reaching for it, the 10ml decant gives around 200 sprays to wear for weeks. To weigh the original against the clone bottles, set its price per ml beside the dupes price list: as a 10ml decant, Naxos is €2.96/ml per ml, Alexandria II €6.01/ml and Erba Pura €3.06/ml. For the trade-off between a decant and a bottle, read decant vs full bottle, and how we fill our decants explains the process.

Wear a clone on skin, not on paper, and on a different day from the original, so that one scent does not colour your read of the other. Note the opening, then how the heart and base settle, and give the dry-down the most weight: several write-ups above find that a clone opens differently and only comes closer later.

What these guides can and cannot tell you

Every comparison on this page comes from people who wore or listed the perfumes: members of Fragrantica, Parfumo and Basenotes and, where a house describes its own perfume, the house itself. Each guide attributes its claims and keeps the dissenting views in.

Three things follow. First, a match depends on the pair: the votes behind Somewoody and Alexandria II say nothing about Italia and Naxos. Second, a clone that suits one wearer can feel thinner or sweeter to another, so a note list tells you less than a day on your own skin. Third, price per ml is only half the comparison. A clone bottle holds far more perfume than a decant, so it usually wins on cost per ml, while a decant asks far less of you before you know whether the scent is right for you. That trade-off is the reason each guide shows both. For the building blocks themselves, the note pages on honey and rose are a good start, and the best oud perfumes suits anyone drawn to the darker side of Alexandria II.

Frequently asked questions

Can I wear a Xerjoff original as a 3ml before I settle on a clone?
Yes. XJ 1861 Naxos, Alexandria II and Erba Pura are all sold as decants filled from the original bottle. A 3ml holds around 60 sprays and Naxos starts at €11.43, Alexandria II at €22.50 and Erba Pura at €11.07. The 10ml decant, around 200 sprays, is the next step.
Which Xerjoff dupes lead our single-perfume guides?
Italia by Rayhaan leads for XJ 1861 Naxos, WO/01 Somewoody by Zara leads for Alexandria II and Philos Pura by Maison Alhambra leads for Erba Pura. Each rests on sourced write-ups, and each guide shows the dissenting views and the dated bottle prices.
How close does a Xerjoff dupe get to the original?
It depends on the pair. For Alexandria II, most voting members on Parfumo's comparison page rate WO/01 Somewoody similar, yet one member who owns a decant finds it less deep and less intense, with a synthetic edge. Each guide keeps what a clone shares with the original and where members say it differs.
Which Xerjoff dupe is the softer or fresher option?
For XJ 1861 Naxos, Fierte Luna by French Avenue is the fresher take, which Parfumo members find lighter on tobacco and honey. For Alexandria II, Shouq by Jazeel is the softer one, which a forum member finds easier to wear every day.
How do Xerjoff dupes compare with the original per ml?
Compare the original's per-ml price, such as €2.96/ml in the 10ml decant of XJ 1861 Naxos, with the clone bottle prices in the dupes price list. A decant lets you pay for a small amount of the original first.
Do any of these Xerjoff clones share the original's notes?
Yes, according to the sources. Fragrantica lists almost the whole XJ 1861 Naxos pyramid for Italia, and Parfumo shows Alexandria II and WO/01 Somewoody sharing lavender, cinnamon, cedarwood, musk, amber, vanilla and oud. Philos Pura and Erba Pura share bergamot, orange, lemon, fruit, white musk, amber and vanilla.
Does 10ML sell dupes?
No. 10ML sells only original perfumes. We buy our bottles from authorized EU distributors and directly from the brands, and 10ML decants every perfume itself. The dupes in this guide are other houses’ perfumes, and we don’t sell them.

Wear it for a week, not ten seconds.
